I can not login ! After 3 attempts I get 'Error: Access is Denied.' message.

There are typically two reasons why you can't get access.
Reason 1: You type in your password incorrectly. Your login password is case sensitive and starts with the letter followed by numbers. Eg.: 'M389' or 'e104589'.
Type in your password very carefully. Make sure the CAPS LOCK is turned off. Alternatively, copy and paste your password from the welcome email to the login window. If you can't locate your welcome email you can request your login details here.

Reason 2: Your account is not active. The account could be pending or it could have expired. To renew your expired membership go to the JOIN/RENEW option on the main page and type in your Alias/UserID. If you are not sure what is your account status you can request it here.

I lost my password.
You can request to have your login information emailed to you. This usually takes only a few minutes and you can get into the system quickly.

Where do I go to get messages from other members ?
The DateNet system sends all the messages to your email address. In very rare cases your email server can reject email messages addressed to you - your ISP has to shutdown the server  for maintenance, your Inbox is full, etc. DateNet maintains a log of all messages sent through the system. You can check it through the 'Email History' option in the 'Members Only' area. However, you can't read any messages through that, only check if the message has been sent to you. If you haven't received a message listed in the log you can ask the other member to resend it.

How do I change my Email address ?
Most of the profile information can be changed on the spot using the 'Update Profile' option in the 'Members Area'.  After changing your email address it is a good idea to send a message to yourself using the system to confirm that the new address is correct.

How to attach photo ?
Any profile with photo has additional option visible to other members: 'View Photo'. This feature is a part of your normal membership. To have it activated just email your photo in JPG format to the system administrator at info@datenet.com.au
